The volume of the voice guidance, traffic reports, speech dialogue system and telephone* can be adjusted separately.
Starting from the Media or Radio menu, press the control button for Sound Link.
Turn the rotary pushbutton and select Volume settings.
Press the rotary pushbutton. The Volume settings menu will appear on the MMI display Fig. 1.
Turn the rotary pushbutton to select a menu option, e.g. Traffic programme volume and press to confirm.
Turn the rotary pushbutton clockwise or anti-clockwise to set the desired volume.
Press the rotary pushbutton to confirm the adjustment.
The system automatically sends a test message while the settings are being adjusted.
Note
  • You can use the In-car entertainment fader to reduce the volume of the current audio/video source while the route guidance or the Audi parking system* Link are switched on.
  • If your Audi Q5 is retrofitted with a VDA-compatible telephone, set the input volume on this device to intermediate for an optimal sound focus.
