You can import contacts in the vCard format (.vcf) into the directory
from a memory card, a USB mass storage device*
or your myAudi account.
Important: The directory must first be opened

Importing from an SD card or a USB mass storage device*
Press the Memory control button.
Turn the rotary pushbutton to select Import
contacts and press to confirm.
Turn the rotary pushbutton to SD card 1,
SD card 2 or
USB storage device and press the rotary pushbutton.
Turn the rotary pushbutton to select a contact and press the rotary
pushbutton.
To select all contacts, press the control button for
All.
To search for a contact on an SD card or a USB mass storage device,
turn the rotary pushbutton to Find contact.
The speller will appear on the MMI display

Enter the name and confirm your entry by turning the speller to
mark OK and then pressing the rotary
pushbutton.
To import the selected contact/all contacts, press the control button
for Import.
Importing from myAudi account1)
Press the Memory control button.
Turn the rotary pushbutton to select Import
contacts and press to confirm.
Turn the rotary pushbutton to myAudi account
and press the rotary pushbutton. The speller will appear on the
MMI display

Enter the myAudi PIN and select
OK. The contacts from your myAudi account
will be imported into the directory.
You must have a myAudi account before you
can import contacts from the myAudi account.
When you create a myAudi account, you will receive the
myAudi PIN which you can then use to connect
the MMI with your account. You only have to enter the
myAudi PIN once.

- The imported address cards are stored in the local memory of the directory you are using.
- You can call up the memory capacity of the directory any time Link.
