Audi tablet: The Audi tablet does not switch on. |
The battery is insufficiently charged. Attach the Audi tablet to the holder in your vehicle ►Link and switch on the ignition. The battery will be charged. It may be necessary to wait until a suitable operating temperature has been reached before the Audi tablet can be switched on again. |
Audi tablet: Touch control of the Audi tablet is not possible. |
Make sure that the Lock Audi tablet function ►Link is deactivated. |
Headphone connection*: No sound on headphones. |
Make sure that the headphone battery is charged and check that the headphones are connected correctly. If necessary, re-connect the headphones to the Audi tablet. |
Audi tablet: No connection to Wi-Fi hotspot. |
Make sure that the ignition and the Audi tablet are switched on. Check the Wi-Fi settings on the Audi tablet. The Wi-Fi hotspot data for the vehicle must be stored on the Audi tablet ►Link. |
Wireless headphones*: No connection possible. |
Make sure that NFC and Bluetooth are activated on the Audi tablet ►Link. |
Wireless headphones*: Not functioning. |
Make sure that the headphone batteries are charged and not defective. |

To ensure interference-free playback, you should only ever use one interface (Wi-Fi or Bluetooth) when connecting to the MMI system. |
