The boot lid can be released manually from the inside.

Pull the catch on the lid in the direction indicated (arrow) Fig. 24► and open the lid.
Take the handle out of its retainer.
Pull the handle in the direction indicated by the arrow Fig. 25►.
WARNING
The manual release lever for the boot lid must NOT be pulled while the vehicle is moving.
