Applies to: vehicles with plug-in hybrid drive
The power meter displays the status and availability of the plug-in hybrid system.
The charge level of the high-voltage battery is displayed in the instrument cluster when you open the driver s door with the vehicle s ignition switched off; the remaining charging time is displayed additionally when charging is in progress.
The power meter indicates the amount of power currently being utilised, regardless of whether it is the electric motor or the engine that is presently active. The colours and scale may vary depending on which plug-in hybrid mode is selected and how much electric power is currently available.
