Before you first use certain Audi connect (infotainment) services, it is necessary to activate/configure them via your personal myAudi account:
  • If you do not yet have a personal myAudi account, please register on the Internet at www.audi.com/myaudi.
  • Add your Audi Q7 to your myAudi account.
  • Activate/configure the Audi connect (infotainment) services you require for your Audi Q7 in your myAudi account.
  • When you call up certain Audi connect (infotainment) services on the MMI, it may be necessary to also enter your myAudi user data/PIN in order to connect the Audi Q7 to myAudi.
