Applies to vehicles: with removable towing bracket
Turn both catches 90° and detach the bumper cover in the direction indicated (arrows) Fig. 1.
Take the plug Fig. 2 -2- out of the mounting fixture -1- below the bumper.
Check that the mounting fixture is free of dirt; clean if necessary WARNING!.

It is important to keep the mounting fixture clean. Otherwise the ball joint may fail to engage securely (accident risk).
