Intercom
You can use the intercom to communicate with people located outside the vehicle without having to open a window or door.
To be able to hear sounds or people outside the vehicle, press the IC (intercom) button. Press the button again to switch the function off.
To speak through the intercom, press and hold the PTT (push to talk) button while you are speaking.
Emergency alarm
The emergency alarm system locks the vehicle immediately (provided that all the doors are closed) and activates the alarm siren.
To switch on the emergency alarm, press and hold the ALARM button briefly.
To switch off the emergency alarm, press the button on the left inside the glove box.
Note
- The emergency alarm system s siren will be switched off automatically when you are speaking on the intercom.
- The intercom (IC) is muted when the driver s door is open.
- The volume level of the internal speakers is preset at the factory. If you wish to change this setting, please contact an Audi workshop.
