Applies to: vehicles with climate-controlled cup holder
To keep a drink cool, press the button Fig. 78►. The LED will light up in blue -1-.
To keep a drink warm, press the button again Fig. 78►. The LED will light up in red -2-.
To switch off the heating/cooling function, press the button repeatedly until LEDs -1- and -2- go out.
A temperature of approx. 3 ℃ can be reached by the cooling function. When heating, a temperature of approx. 53 ℃ can be reached. From a temperature of approx. 40 °C, the residual heat indicator -3- lights up to remind you not to touch the plate when it is hot. The indicator will go out when the temperature drops below this value.
WARNING
- Do not touch the plate in the cup holder when the residual heat indicator is lit - risk of burns!
- Do not use cups, mugs or glasses made from hard materials such as glass or porcelain as these could cause injury in the event of an accident.
CAUTION
You should avoid putting open drinks containers in the cup holders. This will help to ensure that vehicle equipment such as the electronics or the seat covers is not damaged.
Note
Do not cover the ventilation grilles -arrows-; otherwise the function of the cup holder may be impaired.
