Find contact
- To jump to a letter in the directory list: Enter the initial letter of the desired contact.
When a contact is selected, you can call up the following functions by pressing the control button for Ok:
Details : To display the surname, first name and telephone number.
Edit contact: You can edit the Details of the contact selected.
Delete contact: The selected contact will be deleted.
Call: A telephone connection will be established.
New contact
Enter the name and telephone number you would like to store and select Store contact. You can also store the contact as a Public contact Link.
Sort order
You can sort the contacts in your phone book alphabetically according to the Surname or First name.
Public contacts
You can choose to display or hide the contacts stored in the local MMI memory (public).
Speed dial
When a speed dialling number has been assigned and the corresponding entry has been selected, you can call up the following functions by pressing the control button for Ok:
- Edit: You can edit the position of a telephone number in the speed dial list. Use the navigation button to scroll to a contact and press the control button for Ok twice. The contact will be stored at the selected position.
- Delete - The selected telephone number is deleted from the speed dial list.
Memory capacity
The Memory capacity of the directory/phone book you are currently using and the total memory will be displayed.
Delete all contacts
- Private contacts: All contacts stored in the local MMI memory (private) will be deleted.
- Public contacts: All contacts stored in the local MMI memory (public) will be deleted.
Note
You can delete only the contacts in the local MMI memory Link.
