Applies to Audi Q5s: with halogen dipped headlights
When changing the bulb, you can check the position of the bulb through the headlight glass.
Insert the new bulb into the plastic connector and press the metal base of the bulb into the connector as far as it will go WARNING!.
Insert the bulb into the headlight housing.
Insert the bulb into the bulb housing, first fitting it at the bottom Fig. 2 in pos. -A-.
Make sure that the lug -B- fits into the guide as shown in the illustration.
Look through the headlight glass to check that the bulb is in the correct position.
Lift the plastic connector in the direction of the arrow Fig. 2 until the bulb engages in the mounting. Should it not engage immediately, please correct the position of the bulb.
Perform the steps described in Link in the reverse sequence.
Check whether the new bulb is working.
Have the headlight settings checked as soon as possible.
