The luggage compartment cover has two parts.
Removing the cover from inside the boot lid
Pull the fasteners -1- Fig. 1 off the studs.
Pull the cover -3- out of the retainers -2- in the direction of the arrow.
Fitting the cover in the boot lid
Push the cover upwards into the retainers -2-.
Press the fasteners -1- onto the studs.
Removing the cover from behind the rear seats
Pull the cover Fig. 2 towards the rear.
Lift the cover upwards to unhook it.
Fitting the cover behind the rear seats
Hook both sides of the cover into the mountings in the side trim.
Push the cover forwards until it engages.
- The luggage compartment cover must always be fixed properly (risk of accident).
- The luggage compartment cover should not be used as a storage shelf. Items placed on this cover could cause injury in an accident or if the brakes are applied suddenly.
Caution!
Hard objects placed on the luggage compartment cover could chafe against the wires of the heating element or aerial in the rear window and cause damage.
