There are various methods of receiving traffic information:

TMC/TMCpro traffic information

Reception of TMC/TMCpro traffic information which can be shown on the MMI display Link.
When the dynamic traffic avoidance function is activated, the MMI system guides you around traffic obstructions whenever possible Link.
Reception of traffic information is indicated by the TMC/TMCpro symbol in the status line of the display:

TMC/TMCpro symbol	Explanation
Displayed	TMC/TMCpro stations are available and dynamic traffic avoidance is switched on Link.
Greyed out	TMC/TMCpro stations are not available and dynamic traffic avoidance is switched on.
Not displayed	Dynamic traffic avoidance is switched off.

Reception of up-to-date traffic information from the Internet Link.
The current traffic situation is displayed with coloured markings on the map.
When the dynamic traffic avoidance function is activated, the MMI system guides you around traffic obstructions whenever possible Link.

Traffic reports

Automatically calling up traffic reports recorded by the MMI system Link
The reception of traffic reports is indicated by the TP symbol in the status line of the display Link.
