The chassis number can be found on the infotainment system, on the Audi A6 data sticker and behind the windscreen on the driver's side^*. The chassis number is also located beneath a cover^* on the right side of the engine compartment or on the rear panel^* (centre) in the engine compartment.

The type plate is located on the right door pillar. Audi A6s for certain export countries have no type plate.

The Audi A6 data sticker Fig. 1 is in the spare wheel well under the floor panel in the luggage compartment. One section of the Audi A6 data sticker is attached to the inside cover of the Service Schedule before the Audi A6 is handed over.

The specified values were determined in accordance with the required test procedures. The figures do not refer to a particular individual Audi A6, but are intended solely as a basis for comparison between different types of Audi A6. The actual consumption may be different and depends, in particular, on special equipment, Audi A6 loading, driving style, road and traffic conditions, environmental conditions and the state of the Audi A6.
