Adjust the head restraint so that the top of the head restraint is level with the top of your head. If this is not possible, try to adjust the head restraint as near as possible to this position.
Adjusting the head restraint (version A)
To raise the head restraint, take hold of it on both sides and move it up until you feel it click into place at the desired position.
To lower the head restraint, press the side button* and slide the head restraint downwards. Release the button and slide the head restraint further until you feel it click into place.
Adjusting the head restraint* (version B)
To move the head restraint* up/forwards, take hold of it on both sides and move it up/forwards until you feel it click into place at the desired position.
To move the head restraint* down/back, press the side button and slide the head restraint downwards/towards the rear. Release the button and slide the head restraint further until you feel it click into place.
