Applies to: vehicles with Audi tablet
Important: The Audi tablet must be in the holder.
- To switch on from standby mode: Briefly press button -1- Fig. ►.
- To clear the screen saver from the screen: Tap anywhere on the Audi tablet display -7- Fig. ►.
The Audi tablet can be switched on/off manually.
- To switch on manually: Press button -1- Fig. ► for approx. 3 seconds.
The home screen -1- Fig. ► will appear when you switch on the system.
- To switch off manually: Press button -1- Fig. ► for approx. 3 seconds. Tap on
Switch off.
If the Audi tablet is not operated for a while, the screen saver or standby mode will be activated.
Note
- If the engine is switched off and the vehicle battery charge level is low, the MMI system will be switched off automatically. If the Audi tablet is in the holder, it will also be switched off.
- If the MMI, the Wi-Fi hotspot for the MMI or the Wi-Fi for the Audi tablet is switched off, only the separate apps and functions (not the vehicle apps and functions) will be available.
- Before you use some of the services, it may be necessary to set up an account with the service provider.
