This message appears if the radar sensor vision is impaired, e.g. by leaves, snow, heavy road spray or dirt. Clean the sensor Fig. 1.
Audi pre sense: off
This message appears if the ESC is switched to sport mode or when the ignition is switched on again after deactivating pre sense on the MMI.
Audi pre sense: system fault!
This message appears if the functions of the pre sense system are impaired. An impairment can occur, for example, if a sensor fails.
If the message remains displayed permanently, drive to a qualified workshop and have the fault rectified.
