- Audi connect services are only available with an existing mobile phone contract (or one set up separately) and if you are in an area with mobile phone network coverage. Depending on your mobile phone tariff, you may be charged for receiving data packets online, especially if you are using the system abroad. Because of the high level of data usage, we strongly recommend using an unlimited data plan. For more information, contact your service provider.
- The availability, scope and provider of Audi connect services offered can vary and are country-specific. The services will be available for at least a year after the vehicle is delivered. A one-off registration/initial activation at www.audi.com/myaudi and, in some cases, a personal configuration on the myAudi site are necessary before some services can be used. Services that require an initial activation (at www.audi.com/myaudi or in the vehicle) are only available for 36 months after they are activated (this must occur within 6 months of the vehicle delivery or the usage period of the service will be correspondingly shorter). Your Audi dealer will be glad to inform you about the options for extending the usage period and the costs that would be involved.
