Audi A1s without end trim
A fixed towline anchorage is located on the right under the rear bumper Fig. 1.
Audi A1s with end trim
The end trim must be removed in order to use the fixed towline anchorage Fig. 2.
Turn the two fasteners 90° anti-clockwise -1-.
Remove the end trim in a horizontal direction -2-.
Place the end trim down on a cloth in the luggage compartment of your Audi A1 while you are towing the other Audi A1.
Caution!
- On Audi A1s with end trim, the end trim must be removed in order to use the towline anchorage; otherwise your Audi A1 will be damaged.
- If you use a towbar, always hook it into the towline anchorage from below to avoid damaging the bottom section of the bumper.
