The wheel covers must be removed for access to the wheel bolts.
Removing
Pull off the wheel cover by hand.
Refitting
First fit the wheel cover onto the rim so that the valve fits in the cut-out in the wheel cover. Then press the wheel cover onto the steel rim so that it engages all round.
